Delivery Information

Ordering from is secure, easy and prompt. Your parcel will be delivered by courier post during normal business hours. If a Signature is required as part of the delivery process we ask that you specify this as part of the delivery. You can leave us a message at the checkout stage of this website.

When can I expect delivery?

Please allow ten working days for postage and handling in New Zealand although most orders are despatched the day of receipt of payment, in the North Island this is generally overnight.  In the South Island it will take 3-4 days maximum. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of the scheduled delivery date or the option of choosing another product option.

What areas do you deliver to? can deliver to any address in New Zealand and around the world for some products.

Can you guarantee a specific time for a delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as we are relying on the individual courier drivers to help with our service, however, most deliveries are overnight within the North Island and 3-4 days to the South Island.  Each order is dispatched with an email notification to the customer with the tracking number so that you can track the journey of your own order online.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the parcel will be left at the home unless a "Signature Required" has been requested and a card will be left to let you know that delivery was attempted.  You will be required to ring the courier company to arrange a second attempt delivery.

What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?

Firstly, we will attempt to find the correct address. If the package is delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, we will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. However, if the package is delivered to an incorrect address and is not recovered, cannot accept any responsibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.


All products come with a full 12 month warranty.
Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to refund because you have changed your mind.
